ouch. i hurt. i attending the kick boxing class today which lasts for one hour..and it totally kicked my box. usually i do so much better in that class, but i felt oh so weak, tired, sore, and just unbelieveably ouch. but its good to feel this way, at least i just didn't sit on my butt for that hour. i would have to say that exercising here at the SUU aerobics classes are one of my favorite pass times. i meet lots of new people, i get a workout, and i have fun--at least afterwards i am grateful for it!
